Google Authenticator app gets a material redesign with account transfer between devices
Google updated its Google Authentication app of Android after 2017, which saw many changes in designs with new features. New version of application is 5.10 that you can update from Play Store.
First of all, let's talk about the app design changes, now the application fully uses Material Design 2 concept. Now the floating button will appear on the right side bottom from which you can scan the QR code or manually add account details. The name of the application will now be found in the center at the top in Action-bar. The name of your account will appear at the top and the code will appear below it. Now you can manually set the application to dark mode or light mode.
Now talk about new features, now you can transfer your entire account in your new device. In which you will get two options. 1. Export Account 2. Import account.

In import accounts, you will have to go to a new device and scan the QR code in your old phone, which will get the new device in your account.
If your device has not received the update, you can manually download it from the APK Mirror.
