Android 5.0.2 factory images arrive for Nexus 10 & Nexus 7 (2013) Wi-Fi version

Google has added the factory images and binaries of Android 5.0.2 release for Nexus 10 and the Wi-Fi version of Nexus 7 (2013) tablets on its developer website. With factory images out now, the owners of these two devices can expect to see Android 5.0.2 OTA update soon.

The OTA update will most likely arrive in the next few days. Android 5.0.2 includes fixes for most of the bugs that have been identified on these devices since the Android 5.0 roll-out.

There is no word on whether and when Nexus 4, 5, 6, 9 or the cellular versions of Nexus 7 (2013 & 2012) tablets will be getting the same update.

Factory images help users in restoring their devices to the original software state if case of any software mishap.
