Android Wear-running LG G Watch gets a July launch date

LG has revealed to UK technology news website Pocket Lint that it plans to release the Android Wear powered G Watch in UK before July. The smart watch will be priced under £180. This is the first time hearing about a price estimation of any Android Wear product.

Among the specifics, there are no buttons on the watch and straps are changeable.  There is still no word on the final specifications of the smart watch.

LG isn’t the only manufacturer working on a smart watch product based on Android Wear, Motorola has already announced the Moto 360 and other manufacturers like Samsung and Fossil are also on-board.
